A nest created outside of Charlottesville, Virginia to act as a reprieve after working all day in the “big” city. Carefully blended into the site, this home sits very quietly in the woods. A very open floor plan allows the space to feel much bigger than the 1125 square feet that it is. Large paper lanterns subtly move by the natural air currents inside the home. Large expanses of glass allow the occupants to feel like they are living amongst the woodland animals that inhabit the trees.
